Connie Stevens, Customer Care Coordinator
Connie is CRDN of Minnesota’s customer care coordinator, and manages the entire process including pack-outs, communication and updates to homeowners, insurance adjusters and contractors, billing, and inventory control.
In addition, she coordinates all deliveries and customer satisfaction surveys. Before joining CRDN of Minnesota, Connie was a claims assistant for a local claim service and worked part-time as a horticulturist assistant at Bachman’s.
Connie is married to an insurance claims manager, so they have lots to talk about (most days) -- including their little boy, Matt, who keeps them both very busy and up occasionally at night.
